The total amount of construction work: 3 600 m³
Constructive decisions:
- Structural diagram of the building – frame (monolithic reinforced concrete frame),
- Foundation – cross tapes,
- Walls and partitions – aerated concrete blocks
- Interfloor overlapping – reinforced concrete monolithic slab
- Roofing – flat, combined, reinforced concrete monolithic slab with insulation coating from PVC membrane
- Facade decoration – sandwich panel facade, porcelain stoneware cladding, facade glazing
- Engineering solutions – heating – water, a gas boiler was used as a heat source.
